Overview

Requirement-Based Assessments (RBAs) allow you to assess your compliance posture directly against legislations, standards and frameworks from the 6clicks Content Library.

You can also assess your internal security or risk posture directly against internal policies or controls.

The flexibility of the compliance module also allows you to create your own authorities and assess against them using an RBA to suit the needs of your organization.

Creating an assessment

To create an RBA, start here.

You can remove requirements from the assessment which are not in scope, for example, the introductory section of an Act, or a section of your internal policies which do not need to be assessed yet.

You can also automate risks and issues when creating an assessment template so that when responding to the assessment, they can be found and linked quickly.

Next, define the assessment fields, add any notes to help with the response process, and then publish the assessment.

Responding to an assessment

You can respond to an RBA in-app or, if you already have the answers in a spreadsheet, import the answers.

You can further strengthen your compliance posture while responding to an RBA by creating issues and risks in your respective registers to address later, or ask Hailey AI to suggest or create them.

Reusing previous responses

The authority gap assessment functionality allows you to reuse applicable responses from the past to speed up the process.

Reviewing & reporting on the response

Once the assessment is completed, you can review & report on the response in a variety of ways depending on your needs.

For a DOCX style report which includes all the responses that you can customize and add additional information to, use the assessment report generator.

For a quick report that includes all the data which you can export in different formats, try the Assessment Results (RBA) reports from the Analytics module.

You can also build your own custom report for RBA responses.
