Assessment Results (RBA) Reports

Learn how to use these reports in the Analytics module

Navigate to Analytics (1) and click on the menu (2).

Click Browse and select one of the Assessment Results (RBA) reports.

Use (Authorities/Provisions) if the assessment you want to report on was created against an authority, or (Control Sets/Controls) if it was created against a control set.

In this example we will use (Authorities/Provisions).

Click on the filter.

Select the appropriate filters to view various RBA assessments and generate a report. Not all filters options are mandatory. Mandatory filters options will be indicated by a red dot.

1. Template - Selecting the Template filter will show all available RBA templates from which the assessment was created. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection. 
2. Responding Team - Select the responding team. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
3. Assessment - Select the assessment which will display the data. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
4. Assessment Status - Select the stage in which the assessment is in. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection. 
5. Domain - Select the domain from the assessment which was chosen. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
6. Custom Field - Select the custom field from the assessment. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
7. Custom Field Response - Select the custom field response from the assessment. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.

After all filter selections have been chosen, click Apply. Click Reset to remove all filter selections.

Click on any blue text to drill through. Use the square to make the drill-through full screen.
