Control set to authority gap analysis
Authority documents can be mapped to your internal policies. This means that you can measure your internal controls using external standards or frameworks, and see how compliant you are with them, without doubling up on your work.
Head to an internal control set within the Controls module (or what you renamed it to) and you should see a Mappings tab. Here, you can map your internal controls to authority documents.
You can map as many control sets to as many authority documents as necessary, ensuring that no blind spots are left behind in your compliance posture.
Learn more about controls to provisions mapping here.
Authority to authority mapping
You can also map authorities to each other to see how compliant you are with a standard or framework that you are not using, using a standard or framework that you are already compliant with as a basis.
There are 2 ways to map authorities to each other, manually and using Hailey AI.
You can map authorities to each other in the Mappings tab of an authority.
Change log
6clicks provides change logs for applicable standards & regulations, so that as soon as those standards and regulations are updated by their bodies, you can assess the changes and how they affect your compliance to the updated version of the authority document.
Linking provisions to everything
6clicks has a flexible schema and allows you to link provisions from authority documents to risks, issues, assessment questions, and more.
You can also assess compliance directly with provisions from authority documents. In 6clicks, this is called a Requirement-Based Assessment. Learn more here.
