Overview
You can find the Audits & Assessments module using the menu to the left.
Click on an assessment (where it is not the name or control set/authority) to see more details without leaving the overview page, including linked data, tags, due dates & more.
Workflow - Requirement or Question?
There are two types of assessments in 6clicks: requirement-based and question-based.
Requirement-Based Assessments (RBAs) are used for assessing your compliance posture directly against each requirement from a standard or framework, or each policy from your internal policy or control set.
Question-Based Assessments (QBAs) ask for answers to questions available in a variety of formats e.g. dropdown, free text, checkboxes, and can be used to gather information from internal users to vendors and external stakeholders.
Status
You can see all your assessments in the All tab. Each tab after that displays all the assessments with that status.
To learn more about what each status means, head here. (This link references QBAs, but the status types are applicable to both workflows; RBAs have fewer types.)
Archive
Click on the 3 dots to the right of an assessment to archive or copy it, or select assessments using the checkboxes to their left to perform these actions in bulk.
Select the Archived filter to see all your archived assessments. You can restore the archived assessments or permanently delete them from here. Clear this filter to go back.
Templates
Go to Audits & assessments > Templates to see all your templates.
Similar to your actual assessments, templates can be copied or archived, individually or in bulk.
You can add assessment templates to your Spoke from the 6clicks Content Library or from your Hub. Once they are pushed down to the spoke level, they will be on this screen and ready to use. To learn more, head here.
You can also lock assessment templates from the Hub to ensure that their contents are centrally managed.
