QBA Follow-up Assessment Automation For Third-Parties

Automate the process of sending follow-up assessments to third-party vendors based on their initial assessment results.

An automation in the 6clicks platform refers to the implementation of automated processes or workflows to perform certain tasks or actions within the platform. These automation's can help organizations save time, reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.

The QBA follow-up assessment feature serves as an automated follow-up trigger after the onboarding process for third-party vendors. After the completion of an onboarding form, which allows users to create customized forms for vendors, a respondent specified in the onboarding form receives a QBA (Question Based Assessment) automatically.

Automation For Onboarding Form

When a respondent submits the onboarding form, they receive the initial QBA. If the QBA template includes predefined automations, any future follow-up assessments triggered by these automations will be sent to the same respondent. This ensures consistency and ease of communication within the established workflow. However, respondents can reassign or forward assessments to other individuals if necessary.

In the assessment section of the form builder users will be given an option to allow  Third-Parties to receive an automated assessment on submission. Follow the steps to complete the automated form section.

The QBA follow-up assessment feature enhances the management of third-party vendors by automating the process of sending follow-up assessments. By leveraging weighted score assessments and risk-based assessments, users can efficiently evaluate a vendor's potential risk to the organization and address any areas of concern. The ability to automate assessments based on predefined logic streamlines the workflow and minimizes manual intervention. With this feature, organizations can effectively manage third-party vendor relationships and make informed decisions based on assessment results.
