Logging into the 6clicks Web App

How to log into 6clicks if your email is associated with multiple teams or just one team


Open the  6clicks Sign In page and:

  1. Type your email address into the Email field.
  2. Click outside of the Email field to refresh the page, which will lock in your email address.
  3. Click on Email me a PIN.
  4. Check your email for the PIN sent to the address you provided in step #1. Once you receive it, enter the PIN into the Enter PIN box.


    Note: There is a countdown timer, the PIN will expire after 90 seconds. You will need to click on Email me a PIN if/when that happens. 
  5. A confirmation message saying Email verified will appear.
  6. Choose the team you want to log into from the Team name dropdown menu.

    Note: If  the team you want to log into is not displayed you will need to click on Teams missing? Re-verify your account. 
  7. Finally, enter your Password and click the Sign in button.

Alternatively, if your team has SSO set up, you can log in to your team by clicking Sign in with Identity Provider.

Resetting your password

If you're unsure of your Team Name or Password, simply go to the login page and click Forgot password? 

Select the relevant option and click on  Send Request button.

A pop-up will appear confirming an email has been sent to your inbox with the relevant information and password reset links. 

Click Ok and go back to your email account and click on the Reset Password link sent to you by 6clicks.
