Open the 6clicks Sign In page according to where you are hosted, and:
- Type your email address into the Email field.
- Click outside of the Email field to refresh the page, which will lock in your email address.
- Click on Email me a PIN. This may not appear if you have recently logged in.
- Check your email for the PIN sent to the address you provided in step 1. Once you receive it, enter the PIN into the Enter PIN box.
The PIN will expire after 300 seconds. - A confirmation message saying Email verified will appear.
- Choose the team you want to log into from the Team name dropdown menu.
- Finally, enter your Password and click the Sign in button.
If the team you want to log into is not in the Team name dropdown list, click on the Teams missing? Re-verify your account prompt.
Alternatively, if your team has SSO set up, you can log in to your team by clicking Sign in with Identity Provider which may only appear after you verify your email to see your teams.
Resetting your password
If you're unsure of your Team Name or Password, simply go to the login page and click Forgot password?
Select the relevant option and click on Send Request button.
A pop-up will appear confirming an email has been sent to your inbox with the relevant information and password reset links.
Click Ok and go back to your email account and click on the Reset Password link sent to you by 6clicks.
