Answer Retrieval

Hailey intelligently retrieves relevant information from past responses, regardless of the different question structures. Generated Answers

The system goes beyond simple answer retrieval by generating answers based on the interpretation and combination of past responses. Attachments

Users can preview and attach relevant files suggested by Hailey, such as solution architectures or supporting documents.   3. On-Demand Response Generation: When a respondent asks Hailey, the matched data is used to suggest answers promptly, enhancing response efficiency.

Matching and Generation

Matching occurs during the assessment's publish stage, where Hailey compares the user's responses to predefined criteria or benchmarks. This allows for a comprehensive evaluation of the assessment and provides users with valuable insights and recommendations for improvement. Additionally, live generative AI comes into play when users invoke Hailey, allowing for real-time generation of answers and suggestions based on the user's inputs and the specific requirements of the assessment.

Using Ask Hailey For Responses

  1. As a respondent to a Questions-Based Assessment, select the Ask Hailey button for each question.
  2. The Hailey AI-generated answer will be populated in the right details box.
  3. Scroll down to see previously used answers.
  4. The bottom of a previously used answer will show when it was lased used and what the question was marked as.
  5. After selecting the appropriate response and pressing next, you will then be prompted on a suggested attachment if required.
  6. Selecting 'Use Suggestion' will then add your answer and suggested attachment to your selected question.
