Associating Issue Actions in QBA's and RBA's

Once an issue has been linked to a response in a QBA or RBA Assessment, a list of recommended issues will appear. These recommended issues also have issue actions attached to them. Learn how to add automated issues to RBA's and QBA's here.

Select Audits and Assessments from left side panel.

Click the Completed tab.

If the assessment is a QBA (1) click the results button. If the assessment is an RBA (2) click the assessment name.

Both for QBA and RBA under Results in the right-side panel click the Issues and Actions dropdown arrow.

Click on a recommended issue or incident.

Click the dropdown arrow next to Issue or Incident to view the actions associated with that Issue or Incident.

A recommended issue may already exist in the issue register. Therefore users can choose to create a new version of this issue on the issue register or link the question response to the issue that already exists in the issue register. When you click to link the recommended issue and a version of this recommended issue already exists on the issue register, they will be asked to compare the recommended issue and the issue that exists on the issue register.

The user can then view the recommended issue and issue action with the issue and issue action that already exists on the issue register, and select whether they want to create a new version of the recommended issue and issue action (1), or link the question response to the existing issue and issue action on the issue register (2).

The issue will appear under Linked Issues.
