Use Ask Hailey to automatically generate a description for your Control Sets
Generate a Control Set Description based on linked Authorities and Team name
Note: For the control description to be generated, the control set must be first linked to one or more authorities, which is done by selecting a control and then linking an authority in the side panel menu.
First, navigate to the Control Set you wish to add a description.
When the Control is in a Status: Edit, you can view the Control Set Builder on the side panel.
Select the Ask Hailey button, and review the generated description. If this looks satisfactory select the Use Description button.
A prompt to confirm you would like to use this description will appear.
Note: All previously existing text in the description will be deleted and replaced with the generated description.
Your description is now populated in the Description field under Control Set Builder.
Generate a specific Control Description based on linked Provisions
Navigate to the Control you wish to generate a description for.
Note: For the Control description to be generated, the Control Set must be first linked to one or more authorities, which is done by selecting a control and then linking an Authority in the side panel menu.
When the Control is in a Status: Edit, you can select the Ask Hailey button, and review the generated description.
If this looks satisfactory select the Use Description button.
Confirm that you would like to use this description.
Note: All previously existing text in the description will be deleted and replaced with the generated description.
You now have an AI-generated description for this control based on linked Provisions and the Control title.
