Tag Management

Centrally manage all tags across 6clicks

To access Tag Management, go to Administration > Custom Data on the left hand panel.

Provided you have the correct permissions, a table called Tag Management will be available.

This table shows all Tags available within your 6clicks environment. You can see the Name and Type - which is the module(s) where the Tag is in use.

Adding a Tag

To add a Tag, select the Add button.

If needed, you can click Cancel before saving the new Tag.

Tag Permissions

By default, all users (excluding response only and Trust Portal viewers) can create new tags from within modules. To remove this ability, so that new tags can only be created from Administration > Custom Data > Tag Management table, the Create tags in modules permission must be removed from the role or user.

When this permission is removed, users will still be able to select or deselect tags within modules, but they will not be able to create new tags.
