You can filter risks on the risk register using any risk field. When viewing the risk register, by default the following filters are visible:
- Risk Owner
- Risk Rating
- Treatment Status
- Risk Register / Tag
To filter on any other risk values, click the More Filters button.
On clicking the More Filters button, the More Filters side panel menu will appear. Click Add Filter on the side panel and select the risk fields you would like to filter on.
You can select one or more risk fields to filter on.
You can also remove filters by selecting the more ellipses and clicking Remove.
To use the selected filters, click the filter and then either select a value from the dropdown and/or enter in text, and then click Apply.
The applied filters will filter the risk register table.
If you close the risk filter side panel menu without clearing the filters, the filters will still be applied. The count on the More Filters button signifies how many filters are applied. If you navigate away from the the risk register table and then come back to it, your filters will still be applied.
To clear the filters, either select Clear all next to the More Filters button.
You can also edit the filters by clicking the More Filters button again and updating the More Filters side panel menu.
Lastly, your favourite filters are always remembered when navigating away from the risk register and returning to it at a later time.
