Risk Registers filters

Learn how to filter risks in the Risk Registers

You can filter risks on the Risk Registers using any risk field, including custom risk fields.

The following filters are visible by default:

  1. Risk owners
  2. Risk rating
  3. Treatment status
  4. Risk review
  5. Tags

To filter on other fields, click the More filters button.

This brings up the More filters side panel menu. Click Add filter and select the risk field/s. Once you add them, click on them again to pick value/s.

You can select one or more default or custom risk fields to use as filters.

You can also remove a filter by clicking on the 3 dots to its right and select Remove.

To use the selected filters, click on them and fill in the dropdown and/or enter text, and then click Apply.

The applied filters will filter the risk register table.

You can clear all the filters by clicking Clear. The count near More Filters signifies how many filters are applied from the side panel.

You can also edit the filters by clicking More filters again and updating the side panel.

If you close the risk filter side panel menu without clearing the filters, the filters will still be applied.

If you navigate away from the risk register table and then come back to it later, your filters will still be applied.
