Progress Report - (QBA) - Response Progress by Assignee

Learn how to use this report in the Analytics module

Navigate to Analytics (1) and click on the menu (2).

Your landing view in the Analytics module is dependent on your permissions & setup.

Click Browse and select the Progress Report - (QBA) - Response Progress by Assignee report.

Select the filter.

Select the appropriate filters to view various QBA assessments and generate a report. Not all filters options are mandatory. Mandatory filters options, like Template, will be indicated by a red dot if you have not selected any options yet.

  1. Template - Selecting the Template filter will show all available QBA templates from which the assessment was created. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
  2. Template Version - Select the version of the template if there are multiple. Click Apply to apply selection.
  3. Responding Team - Select the responding team. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
  4. Responding Team Tags - Select any tags applied to responding teams. Click Apply to apply selection.
  5. Assessment - Select the assessment which will display the data. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection. 
  6. Assessment Version - Select the version of the assessment. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection.
  7. Assessment Status - Select the stage in which the assessment is in. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply to apply selection. 
  8. Published Date - Select the date or date range from the calendar. The date or date range can also be typed into the boxes under the Date field.
  9. Completion Date - Select the date or date range from the calendar. The date or date range can also be typed into the boxes under the Date field.
  10. Due Date - Select the date or date range from the calendar. The date or date range can also be typed into the boxes under the Date field.
  11. Overdue Flag - Select from the dropdown whether you want to filter by whether the assessment is overdue.

After all filter selections have been chosen, click Apply. Click Reset to remove all filter selections.

Clicking the bars in the bar chart or the blue numbers in the table lets you drill through to the assessment; you can click on the square in the top right to make this view full screen.
