User-configurable settings including custom fields, preferred terminology (i.e. control sets, spokes, & third parties), and report titles are currently not translated. Supporting multiple languages for user-configurable settings is on the future roadmap.
Languages 6clicks currently support are listed below.
- Arabic (supports right-to-left formatting)
- English
- French
- German
- Japanese
- Spanish
To change the language for 6clicks for your own use, simply ensure that your browser's language is set to one of the above. Alternatively, you can also use My Settings; however, this option will only change the language for your own use in the particular team you are logged into, and not for any other teams you also have access to.
Notification emails are sent in the recipient's preferred language, based on previous configuration. If the previous language cannot be inferred (e.g. the recipient is a respondent who has never used 6clicks previously), emails will be sent in English.
