Individual attachments have a size limit of 100MB. The following file formats are supported when uploading files in 6clicks:

csv
doc/x
jpg
jpeg
json
log
md
mp3
mp4
msg
pdf
png
ppt/x
rtf
txt
xls/x
xml
zip

These file types cannot be added as evidence or added to the files register and are used in the configuration of the 6clicks Developer API integration:

ca-bundle
cer
crt
p7b
p7c
p7s
pem

Files protected by Microsoft IRM are encrypted and will not be scannable. Encrypted files are not scannable by the system and the risk resides with you.

Attachment downloads and previews are available from within the application and are governed by user and role permissions.

The following attachment types can be downloaded or opened directly in a new browser tab when selected.

Images (JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF, SVG, WEBP)

txt
