Individual attachments have a size limit of 20MB. The following file formats are supported when uploading attachments in 6clicks:

ca-bundle
cer
csv
crt
doc/x
jpeg
json
log
mp3
mp4
msg
p7b
p7c
p7s
pem
pdf
png
ppt/x
rtf
txt
xls/x
xml
zip

Files protected by Microsoft IRM are encrypted and will not be scannable. Encrypted files are not scannable by the system and the risk resides with you.

Attachment downloads and previews are available from within the application and are governed by user and role permissions.

The following attachment types can be downloaded or opened directly in a new browser tab when selected.
