Support access
Learn how 6clicks manages internal access to your data for troubleshooting
This article applies if you have given 6clicks written consent to access your environment. Otherwise, see here.
With your permission, the 6clicks support team and engineering team can access your tenant to troubleshoot any issues or bugs you report while using the platform.
Written authorization
We access your tenant for troubleshooting when we are given explicit permission to do so.
Please refer to the Subscription Scope and Support Services section of our Terms of Use.
Limited users
Access to all tenants within 6clicks is restricted to a select group of users; this permission is granted on a need-to-have basis.
Audit logs
You can monitor all login events to your tenant, including login events from us, by using the report titled 'User, Group and Role Audit Logs report' in the Analytics module.
Private hosting
To ensure complete control over your data, you have the option to set up your own Azure instance, where only you will have full access to the environment, ensuring that no one else, including 6clicks, can access your data.
