Assessment report templates
Create report templates and add them to assessment templates for your Spokes/clients to use
When creating a Question-Based Assessment (QBA) or Requirement-Based Assessment (RBA) template, you can add report templates to the assessment template, which you can bundle up as a Content Library item. When a client downloads the Content Library item, they will have the assessment and the report template available for use.

The above article runs through creating reports once the assessment has been completed. As a partner, you will be creating and uploading the report template at the assessment template level.
The report template that you create will be automatically attached and available for use for the assessments made using the assessment template.
