While using 6clicks, there are a number of supporting resources and tools that you can use to help you along the way. We also have a number of ways you can reach out to our team.
Support
If you require support, there are three primary ways you can get in touch with our support team.
In-app chat
Within the 6clicks web app, there is a support widget that you can use to reach out to our team directly. The team will reply as soon as they can depending on the volume of support requests at the time.
Support email
You can email us directly at support@6clicks.com with your request. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us with your request as quickly as possible. Screenshots are always recommended.

Lastly, you can submit a support ticket from here.
Resources
6clicks offers both a knowledgebase and the Success Launchpad. You can access both of these in the web app on any page.
Click on the My Settings dropdown, and then select Help. You can find the knowledgebase here.
