Learn about the resources available to help you as you use the 6clicks platform
While using 6clicks, there are several supporting resources and tools that you can use to help you as you work in our application. We also have several ways you can reach out to our support team.
Resources
6clicks offers both a Knowledge Base with articles outlining some of the tasks you will undertake as you build out your program. The Success Launchpad provides a series of comprehensive guides. You can access both of these resources while logged into 6clicks in the web app.
- For the Knowledge Base, click on the My Settings dropdown, and then select Help. You will be presented with a series of options to help you navigate 6clicks including links to our Roadmap and Feature Requests our Knowledge Base and to our support ticket submission form.
- To access the Success Launchpad, click on the rocket icon.
If your role is such that you do not see the Help button here, you can open another tab in your browser and navigate to the same resources available in that menu as referenced above.
Support
If you require support, there are three primary ways you can get in touch with our support team: email the support team, submit a support ticket, or use the in-app chat.
Support email
You can email us directly at support@6clicks.com with your request. Please provide as much detail as possible to help us with your request as quickly as possible. Screenshots are always recommended.
Submit support ticket
You can submit a support ticket from here or, as mentioned above, from within the application by navigating to My Settings, Help, Submit support ticket.
In-app chat
Within the 6clicks web app, there is a support widget that you can use to reach out to our team directly. The team will reply as soon as they can depending on the volume of support requests at the time.
