How to turn it on/off in Settings
Log in to your spoke and go to Registers to check whether the feature has been enabled for you. Click on Settings, then on the right-hand side move the toggle to the right to turn on the feature. Once finished, click Save.
How to use it
Under issues & incidents in the Registers or any custom register where Hailey Task Generation has been toggled on, click on the issue you want to view. This will open up the Issue Details window, where you can see various details such as Description, Due Date, Date Reported, and more. On the right-hand side, under Linked Data in the Authorities section, you can check if your incident has any relevant linked data.

To generate tasks for the selected incident, click on Tasks and hit Generate tasks
Hailey AI will take a few seconds to generate a list of relevant remediation tasks for the issue or incident. If any tasks in the table are not relevant, you can delete them by clicking the bin icon. Once satisfied with the list, click Create Tasks
If you need to link additional tasks to this incident, click Create Task. To see the source of a generated task, simply click on it. On the right-hand side, under Description, you’ll find the Authority and Provision it is linked to—for example, ISO/IEC 27001 Annex A, Provision 6.3, which Hailey AI, in this case, associates it as a relevant task to your issue or incident.
This feature makes managing issues and incidents easier by automatically generating tasks based on standards, and it helps organisations stay compliant while allowing for customisation and clear task tracking.
