Shows how to use the report to view RBA results based on the linked authority and any mapped target authorities

To access Authority Requirement Based Assessment Dashboard, head to the Analytics section and browse for dashboards.

From Dashboards, navigate to the Authority Requirements Based Assessment dashboard.

Using the dashboard

You'll first need to define the source authority and the assessment results you are mapping this against.

Source Authority - defines the authority to report on. (1) Click the Select button on Source Authority. (2) Then select the Authority you wish to add and then (3) click the Apply button on the bottom right.

Assessment Template- defines which assessments run against this authority will be included in the report. (1) select the search icon to search for templates. (2) select a template to run against this authority. (3) Push the Apply button once you have made your selection.

Target Authority - defines the mapped authority to report on. (1) select the search icon to open the Target Authorities to choose from. (2) here you can select a Target Authority to report on. (3) Select Apply.

Once applied, the report will generate an interactive chart that will display the assessment responses grouped by the source authority field selected. You can then drill down into category or function (these options will change depending on the authority).

Click on any of the bars to drill through to the underlying assessment details.

This report also includes the ability to utilize authority-to-authority mapping to report on how the results of the above assessments may affect other authorities. Essentially allowing you to assess performance against authorities using assessment results linked to other authorities.

This will generate a second chart displaying how the selected assessment responses affect the mapped provisions of the target authority, grouped by the target authority field. As above, this chart has drill-through enabled.
