This article provides an outline for using the dashboard to view Requirement Based Assessment (RBA) results based on the linked authority and on any mapped target authorities
To access the Authority Requirements Based Assessment Dashboard report, navigate to the Analytics tab using the top right menu navigation. Click here for an overview of the Reporting & Analytics module.
Access all content by clicking on the three vertical lines in the upper right of the module. You can select the type of report you wish to view by clicking on the down arrow next to the search bar. In this case, select Dashboards, and then navigate to and open the Authority Requirements Based Assessment Dashboard.
Or
In the All Content search bar, enter your search term, e.g., Authority Requirements Based, to find the report in question.
Using the dashboard
The filter options will appear. Select the appropriate filters to define the source authority and the assessment results you are mapping this against. Not all filter options are mandatory. Mandatory filter options will be indicated by a red dot.
Source Authority: defines the base authority.
1. Click the Select button on Source Authority
2. Select the Authority you wish to add
3. Click Apply button on the bottom right of that modal
Target Authority: Select the mapped authority to report against. Selecting the Target Authority filter will allow you to search for and select from a list of Target Authorities. Click Apply once you have made your selection.
Template: Select the assessment template you wish to query. Select the search icon to search for and then select a template to analyze against this authority. Click Apply once you have made your selection.
Assessment: Select which assessments run against this authority will be included in the report. Select the search icon to search for templates. Select a template to analyze against this authority. Click Apply once you have made your selection.
Assessment Field: Select a custom field from the assessment. Slide the Select All toggle to select all options available. Click Apply once you have made your selection.
After all filter selections have been chosen, click the Apply button at the top or bottom of the list of filters. Click Reset if you wish to remove all filter selections and start the filter selection process from the start.
Once you have chosen and applied the filters, the report will generate an interactive chart that will display the assessment responses grouped by the source authority field selected. You can then drill down into category or function (these options will change depending on the authority).
Click on any of the bars to drill through to the underlying assessment details.
This will generate a second chart displaying how the selected assessment responses affect the mapped provisions of the target authority, grouped by the target authority field. As above, this chart has drill-through enabled.
This report includes the ability to utilize authority-to-authority mapping to report on how the results of the above assessments may address other authorities, essentially allowing you to assess performance against authorities using assessment results linked to other authorities.
