Further down the page, we also publish our scheduled maintenance messages.
To receive updates via email for maintenance specific to your region, click the Subscribe button at the top of the page and fill out the form.
Once you subscribe, you will be able to choose the component(s) that are related to you.
Please refer to this KB if you are unsure which component is related to your use case.

What we communicate with status.6clicks.io
We use status.6clicks.io for communicating major bugs and outages that affect many customers. If a problem only affects a small number of customers your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will contact you directly via email or the support ticket process, as appropriate.
New features are announced via our Change Log and in-app popups or banners.
We will announce changes in advance if they have a significant impact on the way you use existing 6clicks functionality. We will typically communicate such changes via a combination of email notifications to the address registered with your CSM, as well as in-app banners and popups.
