Storage and record limits
Certain limits or quotas are in place for new accounts. The concept of quotas is designed to help protect customers from mistakes such as the unintended import of very large amounts of data. The limits are configurable and can normally be raised at no additional cost by lodging a support ticket.
Archived (retrievable) or deleted (non-retrievable) data does not count towards your quota, although there is an upper limit on the total amount of archived data per record type.
