Importing a question-based assessment

Import QBA questions and/or answers from any Excel/CSV file

Import file best practices

1. • There is no specific template required for this import, any XLSX or CSV file should be OK

   • The import will analyse the column and heading details in your file to automatically detect key information

   • A cleaner file, with clear column names and minimal formatting will result in the best import accuracy

Import process

1. Navigate to Assessments > Import assessment OR just drag and drop your file directly on the Assessments grid

2. Once you have uploaded a file, choose whether your file contains questions, or questions and answers (i.e. a previously filled assessment)

3. The system will pre-fill the Secondary actions section, but you should review 

4. Choose whether you'd like import this assessment as a template

5. Click Import
