About Hailey Assist
Hailey is an expert assistant, always available to help you get answers to your GRC questions and gain insights into your data easily. You can ask Hailey anything in natural language, and Hailey will find the information you need.
For example:
- Common application actions “Create a new risk.”
- GRC insights “What are our information security controls?”
- Getting help “How do I set up a Jira integration?”
How does it work
- Natural language queries are processed in real-time to understand intent, and which data source(s) to reference, and then Hailey will find the answers.
- Hailey has been designed with strict controls for customer data security and user permissions. Hailey can only see what a logged-in user sees.
Using Hailey Assist
Hailey can be accessed from the spoke homepage or by clicking on the Hailey icon located at the top right-hand corner throughout the platform.
The top section of the homepage contains clickable metrics which will take you to a filtered view of that particular module. The lower section is where you can see example queries and begin asking Hailey questions.
Clicking on the expand icon 
will open up the Hailey page and present more suggested options and access to the history of last 5 questions.
Enter any questions into the text field and press enter. Hailey is able to process natural language queries and respond with suggested answers. Depending on the nature of the question, Hailey will produce three types of responses:
- Finding GRC objects within the platform.
- Link to relevant Knowledge Base articles.
- System actions and help with navigation.

Capabilities
Hailey has access to all 6clicks modules and common system functions. Additionally, it can provide how-to guidance, and general GRC-related advice. We encourage your feedback to help us improve the system.
Limitations
This is a preview feature, under continuous refinement and development. At present, we are only providing question and answer capability without conversational context or history.
