File size and formats we support when uploading attachments
This article lists the support formats when uploading attachments to questions when responding to a Question-Based Assessment (QBA)
Individual attachments have a size limit of 20MB. The following file formats are supported when uploading attachments in 6clicks:
- ca-bundle
- cer
- csv
- crt
- doc/x
- jpeg
- json
- mp3
- mp4
- msg
- p7b
- p7c
- p7s
- pem
- png
- ppt/x
- rtf
- txt
- xls/x
- xml
- zip
Files protected by Microsoft IRM are encrypted and will not be scannable. Encrypted files are not scannable by the system and the risk resides with you.
